“The snow is snowing, the wind is blowing, but (you) can weather the storm…” you’ve got our coffee to keep you warm! Welcome to 2025- nothing says a fresh slate like a blanket of snow. Along with the storm, new January specials have drifted into town- from pick-me-ups to warm and cozy, read on for the delicious details!
BEVERAGE SPECIALS:
BOOST JUICE: our limited edition real-fruit smoothie- PACKED with antioxidants to ward off the season of sickness… blended with frozen cranberries, frozen cherries, orange juice and honey
FOG NOG: A sweet and creamy infusion of earl grey, honey, vanilla, and Blume’s superfood nut nog (vegan egg nog) in your choice of milk… To me, it tastes like an elevated “white hot chocolate” experience
This month at the cafe, we’ll also continue to have our peppermint mocha and peppermint matcha on the menu, along with seasonal house–made peppermint and salted caramel hazelnut syrups to add to your drink of choice!
FOOD SPECIALS:
WINTER PANINI: Mmmm can you smell it from here? Local pork marinated in a fig balsamic, layered with caramelized onions, local apple butter and local cheddar cheese, pressed between McGrath’s Sourdough or our house-made Gluten free bread!
WINTER TOAST: the perfect accompaniment to nearly any order: this seasonal toast is topped with almond butter, banana, honey, and cinnamon

This way you can check out what we are planning on baking each week. **Subject to availability of ingredients and items may sell out.
As we set our sights for 2025, we look forward to the creativity we get to conjure up each month for our monthly specials menu!- always refined sugar free, always sourcing locally when possible, and always nutritious and delicious. We think this month’s menu in particular fits into the category of “chicken soup for the soul”... hearty, comforting, and warm.
