Summer, Strawberry & Seasonal Specials

Welcome to the first official week of summer; the hot and heavy days are upon us- and while you may have spent the week seeking refuge in a pool or AC that can keep up with the heat, one of our favorite seasons is revving up at Tucker & Co. Catch our brand new food truck at the Dillsburg Farmers’ Market Saturday mornings at the Dill Tavern! Join us for our concert series the last Friday of each month- all summer long (next on the line-up is Joey Knouse and Virginia Masland on 6/28) or enjoy some of our limited-run feature menu items (hint: it’s strawberry season)!

You may notice that our greens on our breakfast sandwich, toppings for our yogurt and waffles and the veg in our hash can vary from one visit to the next; we pride ourselves on sourcing local seasonal ingredients and you’ll see that reflected across our menu! Know that you’ll be served the freshest ingredients each time you come in- for peak flavor! In addition to tasting delicious, eating in-season also means the fruits and vegetables carry the highest level of nutrients (turns out the strawberries you can pick up from the supermarket in January do not have the same nutritional profile as those harvested down the street in June!)

Not only do we swap out components of our food menu every month, we also curate unique seasonal drink specials. Meaning, you have one week left to try our current line-up of signature strawberry drinks-made from fresh local strawberries! Did you know all the syrups for our drinks are made in-house from scratch? Or that they are sweetened only with coconut sugar, date, honey, or maple syrup? Our drinks deliver nostalgic satisfying flavor- without the fallout of processed-sugary alternatives.Try the strawberry float- a fruitier take on the typical root-beer-classic; think strawberries and cream soda! My personal favorite- the “strawberry pie no-spresso” tastes to me just like the way strawberry pie smells straight out of the oven; it’s creamy and sweet but has another dimension of flavor reminiscent of flaky pie crust. If you’re a matcha fanatic (or aspiring matcha lover), the “strawberry fields matcha” is for you-striking the ideal balance of sweet, summery, and earthy.

Stop by before the end of June to try one (or all) before they rotate out until next year!
